Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
- Contact Us: Email [your email] or visit our Returns Portal to start the process.
- Pack Your Item: Securely package your item and include your order number inside.
- Ship It Back: Use the return label provided (if applicable) or ship via your preferred method.
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange:
- Refunds are available as store credit for the full amount or back to your original payment method with a 10% restocking fee.
- Exchanges will be shipped out once your return is received and inspected.
Refunds
- If you choose store credit, you’ll receive 100% of your order value as a gift card for future purchases.
- Refunds to your original payment method will be processed with a 10% restocking fee deducted.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
- If you haven’t received your refund within 10 days of approval, please check with your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement ASAP.
